Kathleen O’Heron was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She is of Irish and Japanese descent. Since she was 8 years old, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in design. As a child she attended different art programs and experimented with fashion. A creative entrepreneur from a young age, she designed shoes, handbags, and cell phone covers for her friends and classmates.
It had always been Kathleen’s dream to attend an art and design school. She graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, with a Bachelor’s degree in design. She now works at, PRAVANA, as a Digital Designer.
Kathleen loves to travel. Her inspirations comes from walking the streets of Los Angeles as well as the streets of European and Asian cities. Observing window displays, reading fashion blogs, browsing through endless volumes decorative books and magazines all contribute to her love of design. The endless creative possibilities that visual displays offer is what piqued her interest in becoming a graphic designer.
When not designing, Kathleen enjoys reading, traveling, taking photos, cooking and making connections with people.
